A major problem with introducing multiplexing multiple WAMP sessions over a single transport instance is the EVENT message.
We would need to re-serialize the message per receiver, since the message needed to contain the (different) WAMP session ID for each receiver.

As an alternative, multiplexing can be done at the transport level. E.g. full-scale WebSocket MUX, or we can introduce a "channel ID" together with batching of WAMP messages.
