Type: Support Special Types about doc-log HOT 2 CLOSED

Union might require some more complex logic, essentially it would require us to allow types such as Union[Tuple[int], int] meaning this can be either Tuple[int] or it can be int. This means that we would probably need to alter the value of SectionItem to be a tuple of acceptable values instead and check if any when type checking.

Optional can probably be implemented in the same way just add a None to the values tuple of acceptable values.

We should also support Literal, this should not be any issue as it contains only one item and the value need to be of that type.

Callable shouldn't be too hard if we use a special case for it like dict.

NoReturn shouldn't be too hard since we can just assume it is None.

AnyStr shouldn't be too hard since we can just assume it is a str. However, we also need to allow bytes as value.

FrozenSet, Set, XDict can be handled as we handle list and dict.
