Hey, the countdown works by measuring the elapsed time, which always will be positive number. In any case, if we want to implement something like startTime = -600 and endTime = 600
we will need to do some math behind the scenes, which it seems you can do yourself in renderTime
. If you can achieve your task with the current API then I would prefer to keep the API as it is (not to overcomplicate it with many different options to set the time) and keep this request in mind if more people request something similar.
As an alternative to this, it you don't need the circle animation then you can use the other one library I have use-count-up, which can do count up and count down at the same time.
