Is it possible to fetch Variables from a CDN ?? about vscode-css-variables HOT 4 CLOSED

Hi @KunalTanwar its not possible to do that, but I think it is a good idea

@KunalTanwar you can try it in the latest version, I found a bug that if you update the URL, the old variables from (previous URL) still preserve, you may need to restart vscode to fix it for now :)

Not working in all files!! Here are two videos.

working (a file which doesn't have :root { /* some variables */ })

not working (a file contains :root { /* some variables */ })

P.S - if you say then I am using @import url(CDN) in the first file and in the second just @import 'CDN'. I must tell you I tried doing both of em but still not working.

one thing as you can see in the first video the extension is only fetching variables when the CDN is in quotation!!
