rfc_click_search icon rfc_click_search

Many times people point to an RFC/draft, but forget to provide links and this happens a lot in my world. So this is a chrome plugin which takes the selected text (of form "draft-*" or "rfc*") and fetches the correct http://tools.ietf.org/html/ URL. If you open an RFC, which is either hosted at a mirrored URL or just a copy, then this plugin also takes you to the actual IETF url at a press of a button. I prefer the https://tools.ietf.org/html/ because of its good markup and hyperlinked references.

rmcat-app-cc-interactions icon rmcat-app-cc-interactions

Interactive real-time media applications that use the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) over the User Datagram Protocol (UDP) must use congestion control techniques above the UDP layer since it provides none. This memo describes the interactions and conceptual interfaces necessary between the application components that relate to congestion control, specifically between the application and the congestion control layer.

Interactive real-time media applications that use the Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) over the User Datagram Protocol (UDP) must use congestion control techniques above the UDP layer since it provides none. This memo describes the interactions and interfaces necessary between the application components that relate to congestion control, including the RTP layer, the higher-level media codec control layer, and the lower-level transport interface and the congestion control layer.

rmcat-eval-test icon rmcat-eval-test

The Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) is used to transmit media in multimedia telephony applications, these applications are typically required to implement congestion control. The RMCAT working group is currently working on candidate algorithms for such interactive real-time multimedia applications. This document describes the test cases to be used in the performance evaluation of those candidate algorithms.
