Hello, in function "getNumberSms(uint8_t index)", what number did you use as argument "index"?
According to datasheet, "index" is the value in the range of location numbers supported by the associated memory.

You could try to edit line 500 with uint8_t _idx1=_buffer.indexOf("AT+CMGR=");
