Yeah, im getting this error aswell on a fresh install. the efcore migration is being funny SQLite Error 1: 'table "__EFMigrationsHistory" already exists'.

Not entirely obvious whats going on, but deleting the Vital Utilities folder in documents apparently allowed me to get pass the bug. just make sure to kill off VitalService.exe as that has a lock on the db files

One possible cause is that im doing db.migrate inside constructor of DbContext. Could be that multiple AppDbContext instances got instantiated and they were all trying to do migrate on same db. Might have to move the db.migrate into startup.

Delete the Vital Utilities folder in documents and try https://github.com/Vital-Utilities/Vital-Utilities/releases/tag/0.0.8.
Think ive fixed it.
