You can now use logger (which is a org.slf4j.Logger) to write to minium log file. The log file can be found in ${minium.home}/minium-app.log.
Here is an example on how to use it:

Yoiu can use this code, but don't recomend it:

$(wd).eval("window.alert('foo')")

Alert windows must be closed with Selenium / Minium, otherwise some browsers like Chrome will not allow you to execute any more expressions. If you want to close an alert window:

$(wd).alert().accept()

Another option is to just write to the destination browser console:

$(wd).eval("console.debug('hello world')")
