Hi.
may be reinstalling pykeepass module will fix it. I tried to run ansible-keepass with pykeepass 4.0.7 and everything works fine.
Also look at sources of pykeepass - https://github.com/libkeepass/pykeepass/tree/v4.0.7/pykeepass - kdbx_parsing module is exists. So most likely the package was installed incorrectly
from ansible-keepass.

Yep, I reinstalled the whole pc the last few days (not because of this, it was just time) but I was probably between these versions https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/python-pykeepass/-/commits/main.
So all fine now.
