I don't think JSHint even supports that.
But that will be an interesting endeavour that the team there can tackle.
Otherwise, maybe we can add this as an option in JSHint gutter.

I think JSHint recently added support for linting js code inside html files. It might be possible to extend this functionality to php as well, but it's probably tricky to consistently and correctly extract js out of it.
