Upload file to server and dump CPU statistics to phone. The purpose of this small research project was to find out whether piggybacking file uploads while the CPU is not idle results in lower power consumption in smartphone than if done otherwise. It contains an Android app which is used to select files from the phone and upload it to a server by providing the server address. It also has a tiny PHP script as a server side implementation to accept incoming files on the server.
