This is most likely a Plex issue and not a dizqueTV issue, but I'll have @vexorian make that determination. I'm sure if you delete and recreate the Plex DVR, it will send through the correct one. But short of that, I don't know a reliable way to fix it in Plex. @vexorian , thoughts?

Tried removing the DVR, restarting plex and then adding it again. Little icon comes back!

What player are you using? If it's a web browser, maybe try clearing your cache?
Also, have you tried stopping and restarting the Plex Media Server application?
