Make default connection label meaningful about vertica-python HOT 3 CLOSED

The equivalent of vsql -g in vertica-python is session_label connection option:

             'session_label': 'YOUR LABEL',

connection = vertica_python.connect(**conn_info)

Suggestion: if session_label is not set in conn_info, use os.path.basename(sys.args[0])

Your needs don't have generality. os.path.basename(sys.argv[0]) will be empty when you run Python Shell/REPL. If everyone wants something to be the default then it will be hard to manage.
