If I enable Popup notifications in options, I see the following:

For example, focus is not on vacuum window, for example, on browser window.
Someone sends me a message.
The chat window of vacuum moves above all other windows, and the previous 
application loses focus.

after some updates of vacuum everything is ok.
I didn't notice the time when it was corrected.
