configure: WARNING: Unable to detect syscall setns. configure: error: nsenter selected but setns syscall not found
If this centos don't support namespace, how to solve it?
It would be nice to see your configure command line. And do you have
upstream tarball or Centos/RH srpm?
Anyway, the latest version (v2.25.1) has --disable-nsenter.

No, the system srpm is lower version. It has util-linux v2.23. But i need
nsenter.
So any idea? Thank you.

You need kernel with setns(2) syscall. That's all.
Note that we have backported nsenter(1) into RHEL6.6, maybe all you need is
to wait for update.
