Allison curated a list of sites spanning the conterminous US that we will use for hazard testing moving forward. It is a supra set of the NEHRP test cites, sites that may be used for comparison with NRC hazard codes, and other populous or significant locations. This enum is the backing source for the site files in etc/nshm.
