as of 20180714, progress so far:
- a complete and coupled WRF-SUEWS system:
- essential modules of SUEWS have been included except for ESTM and AnOHM.
- initial conditions through
wrf_input. - several SUEWS specific options through namelist.
A number of functions to be better implemented:
- better message passing schemes.
- more sophisticated preprocessing system through WPS.

serial mode single domain run done for a simple 5*5 region (~60 km resolution) centred in Shanghai for one month.

dm+sm mode one way nested 3-domain run for a larger region (9, 3 and 1 km resolution) including Shanghai for several hours.
The results of test runs generally look sensible, but we definitely need to perform more well designed test runs.
