Hmmm, strange. Tried to get new token right now and all works. Maybe try different browser?
UPD: also worth to try recreating app for new CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET

it also doesn't work if i try it with sudo.

sudo ticktask
sudo: ticktask: command not found

adding execute rights helped
