我查出来了，lua读取文件的大问题，不知道为什么，只有最后一行读取是正确的，前面的末尾都多了个不可见字符，导致匹配不到，可以在程序里面输入ngx.say(#rule) ngx.say(rule)来验证。解决办法是修改读取配置文件的函数
