my solution: decode the jpeg firstly, and then encode it to png.
like this :

imgJpg, err := jpeg.Decode(input)
if err != nil {
	return nil, err
}
buffer := bytes.NewBuffer([]byte{})
err = png.Encode(buffer, imgJpg)
... // write buffer to file
imageRef, err := doc.AddImage(file)
...
