Currently not able to reproduce this bug. Does it always happen or only every
once and a while?

Thoughts:

- Maybe it has to do with me creating my .mpi file on Windows and moving it to
Mac?
- It happens almost always, but there has been a few times where it worked
correctly.

Here is the crash report:

From the crash report, the issue is not with the .mpi file. It is actually
exiting based on an error in the QT framework. This is not my code. I will
look around and see if there are any open bugs for this type of stack trace.

The reports were very helpful though!

No problem, I would love for this to be fixed as I am 100% Mac now. No more
Windows/Boot Camp! If you need any type of testing, I can do that as well.

I would also like to fix it :) I haven't been able to reproduce the issue yet.
I will try a couple different ideas I have.

Here is another crash report (just in case it provides further clues... but I
would assume it's the same as the other one).

After doing some fiddling with it, I found out that I can update prices if I do
this:

1. Open mypersonalindex.app.
2. Open the *.mpi portfolio.
3. Close the portfolio (and mypersonalindex.app) without clicking "update
prices."
4. Open mypersonalindex.app again.
5. Open my *.mpi portfolio from File -> Recent.

Works every time.

Just wanted to say thank you again for providing this app. It is far and beyond
better than any other Mac portfolio software out there. You rock.

Thanks for the great encouragement! That is such a weird issue. I can
actually see it happen on the Windows version. Again, it seems to be a QT
problem. I haven't forgotten about it though :)

I am trying to tweak how prices are downloaded to see if this has any effect.
I will keep you updated...
