we're now using translateX for bar animation (off-canvas)

Firstly UiKit is a brilliant framework but I'd like to reopen this ticket, because although the Off Canvas menu element uses translateX (Which mobile webkit browsers use Hardware Acceleration to animate) the Body is still using Margin (which doesnt).
This creates an ugly visual seperation between the body and menu while animating as you can see in the screenshot
