I fixed it by modifying the line to this
"build": "npm run clean && tsc && cp package.json www/package.json && mkdir www\tmp && cd www && 7z a Archive.zip . && cd .."
using this resource to add 7z to user environment path "https://www.dotnetperls.com/7-zip-examples"
then changing the forward slash to backslash to correct its use between UNIX and DOS.

from cloud-developer.
