javaparser needs to be merged with upstream about checker-framework HOT 5 CLOSED

Our project was updated as of:

We need to submit a patch to them soon.

It doesn't look like our project was fully updated, to 1.0.7.  For example,

Our copy does not reflect changes since 1.0.2.

Oh I see... I only updated the java source files, but not the rest of files.

That's really confusing.  I think it should be made consistent.

Updated javaparser project to use 1.0.8
Changed model, so we maintain patches against their javaparser (maintained in 
javaparser-patches)
Opened a ticket at javaparser to merge upstream.
