I'm referring to this step of the tutorial:
https://www.twilio.com/docs/tutorials/walkthrough/workflow-automation/ruby/rails#12

Let's take a closer look at the accept_or_reject controller. This controller handles our incoming Twilio request

Ok, fine, but why is this controller handling the Twilio request? :) Thanks!

If someone gets here with the same question:

In the "Numbers" section of Twilio's admin panel, you need to point your messaging url for the used number to the 'incoming' route instead of telling the number to use your Twiml App which seemed more intuitive to me in the 1st place.

I guess that if I didn't start with this particuliar tutorial it would have been a no brainer, but if you start with twilio this could be precised in the first steps of the tutorial
