Add a channel with horizon.tv as prime_source. The channel will report empty data from horizon before the source reports starting the fetch.

This seems to be due to a race condition between the source and channel threads and also less noticeable also applies to child channels. The default 1 second wait for the channels to start is not always sufficient. I'll add a flag to indicate a thread is properly initialized and started.
