How did you upload the library to AWS? through git? vendor directory is generally included in .gitignore file. You need to to tell AWS ( if AWS has support for this) to install the library through composer. If you are alread using aws-sdk, then you may already have composer.json file at the root directory. All you need to do is add "require": { "tumblr/tumblr": "0.1.1" } to the composer.json & then perform git push.

Another option is to remove vendor from .gitignore & forcing it to get pushed to AWS. This is NOT recommended.
