Include bspc.exe and q3data.exe with GtkRadiant about gtkradiant HOT 3 CLOSED

• still need to compile q3data from the GtkRadiant tree
• updating the setup scripts to compile and bundle the bspc binary
• do that on Windows too
• remove the bspc code from GtkR tree (it was put there for temp)

Forked a new bspc repo to add the Windows compile setup. Will push a merge request. Latest builds will come with q3data and bspc. https://github.com/TTimo/bspc
