I can reproduce on win7 x64, and also found the issue. ZeroRadiant doesn't copy the default_shaderlist.txt inside Q3\baseq3\scripts to shaderlist.txt therefore no shaders are loaded because no list file is present.
If you copy it manually you get a compile with proper clips and light emitted from shaders.
This also resolves the shaderimagenotfound textures you would see for some shaders inside the editor (the bouncepad for example).

The game pack installation copies the files as-is, but doesn't rename. I assume that's some kind of safety so it doesn't squash an existing and well configured shaderlist.txt. Hardcoding a rename if needed as part of the installation step would be fine (patches welcome!)

Fix went in, will try again on newer bins.

The map completely fails to load on the current build. Freezes while loading models, both the Linux and Windows build.

Still not working. Will have to dig up that install fix that went in and verify it does the right thing.
(radiant freezing on map load, and q3map2 bailing has been fixed though)

All other maps are taken care of. This one is still messed up. Tested both the Linux and the Windows build to make sure it wasn't Linux specific. Texturing of the jump pads is broken, several other missing textures etc.

yep that was my bad. .bsp landed in fs_homepath and didn't realize
