This is strange. I perfectly agree that 广 should be pronounced guang3 (most of the time), but it seems to be a bug in the Unihan KMandarin field.
I've manually corrected it, for lack of a better solution. I'll push the update this evening. If you find more, be sure to tell me.

(You can find Unihan data here, specifically in fields n. 2 and 3. 3 gives usage frequency data for the most frequent pronunciations, and 2 gives the various pronunciations (should be most frequent first, but wrong here).

Otherwise, v is an alternate spelling for ü, so in the two examples you cite above, the transcription is actually correct (although the accentuation is missing). I'll split that into a new issue, so I can close this one.
