I have also written some code to recreate this issue, maybe someone can help.

import streamlit as st
from streamlit_feedback import streamlit_feedback
from datetime import datetime

class Assistant:
    @staticmethod
    def get_feedback(feedback_type='faces'):
        feedback_key = Assistant.generate_unique_key("tmp")
        if feedback_key not in st.session_state:
                st.session_state[feedback_key] = None

        feedback = streamlit_feedback(
            feedback_type=feedback_type,
            align="flex-start",
            key=feedback_key
        )
        print(feedback)
        if feedback:
            st.write(":orange[Component output:]")
            st.write(feedback)

    @staticmethod
    def generate_unique_key(user_name):
        # Combine user name, message, and current timestamp to create a unique key
        timestamp = datetime.now().strftime("%Y%m%d%H%M%S%f") # Using microseconds for uniqueness
        key = f"{user_name}_{timestamp}"
        return key

Assistant.get_feedback()

Okay I am dumb, because I generated the key on each reload I was constantly getting new keys, so I couldn't get the value. I close this issue.
