RFD 105: Discussion about rfd HOT 3 OPEN

So far I only have one comment, referencing the Automated testing subsection:

“Historically, repositories have also used tap or nodeunit, but these are both considered deprecated.”

I might be misunderstanding how tap works, but this seems inconsistent with the “Automated testing” section in the general principles doc, which states: "The automated test suite should be able to generate TAP output."
