triton images cache issue about node-triton HOT 5 CLOSED

@bahamas10 Design question: was it the intention that 'sdcadm insts' not hit ListImages to fill its cache? If so, then this isn't a bug.

^ It probably does that on first run? But when I switched DC's maybe it didn't fill its cache again. That would explain why some images had names and others didn't.

Ah, switching DCs. Could very well be that the cache isn't keying off the profile details. It'll need to do that: the cloudapi URL and login name.

@trentm triton instances will use the cached file if it is present, or call out to the API if it is not (and subsequently cache it). Switching dc's will probably break this, we'll need to make the cache store its data on a per-login basis
