Are you loading any data that may have characters or html breaking your markup? Any js errors?

There aren't any errors in mi JS (Well, Firebug shows that) ...Yes, I got an html table inside $.prompt method, and data contains characters like dots and commas. I have a br tag too.

Sorry for the delay. Does the html inspector in firebug show any html inside the prompt? Another place to check if the content is loaded via ajax have a look at your network requests in firebug and make sure the response returned the content you're expecting.
