Sorry - it was late last night and I totally missed that it's of course, in the mouse menu.

Apologies - feel free to close this.

is it possible that it's related to framerate / refresh rate? what monitor resolution / refresh rate are you using?

It might be related to your mouse settings, its resolution or sample rate. You might try to adjust these settings for your mouse.

I don't think there is much we can do about this problem.

Hey @yankscally!

This requirement seems to be already covered.

You have to go to the View > Preferences menu and then the Mouse tab in the new window. At the bottom part of that same window, you can set the Move Keys speed.

If you actually go to preferences and turn it down to 1 it is very very slow. Not sure why It's so fast for you.

I'd like to reopen this, I got back to my computer much later, but there was no way to slow down my movement speed any more than it is, it is to be too fast at the slowest setting. especially when editing smaller than grid level 4 it can be a little bit tricky. I was already at the slowest speed.

Ah, ok, when I hold RMB and scroll down to the minimum scroll speed, you think the lowest value is out of bounds because of my OS's mouse scroll rate? It seems changing that movement speed slider actually does nothing to change the speed for me, so I'm not sure what is happening.

Ah no wait, that slider and the RMB mouse thing is a hotkey for the slider. I see now.

1 is the slowest speed but its not slow enough, when I move with WASD its too fast at speed 1.

heres a video:

at the beginning i am on max speed and then i go down to slowest speed.
which is about sprinting pace of a 1:1 ratio human being
