rtkrcv can not get FLOAT or FIX solution after rtkrcv be running and start about rtklib HOT 3 OPEN

Check the base stream status OK by using command "st". If the base stream invalid, RTKRCV outputs SINGLE instead of FLOAT or FIX.

The stream status is ok, the base station is gps+glonass, the format is rtcm3, and the "solution" command output "# of satellites base" is 5 that only has glonass satellites without have the gps satellites, when the solution status change to "SINGLE" state, then i restart the rtk server, the "solution" command output "# of satellites base" will change to 14, that has gps satellites with glonass satellites, and then the solution will change to float or fix quickly. The problem is only occurs in the arm board, the x86 linux is ok.

We had the same problem which was resolved by either statically defining the base station LLH in the rtkrcv.conf file or by setting the base position to be derived from the base's RTCM messages. Otherwise you get the no valid sats ns=0 error so rtkrcv can only compute a single position based on the rover obs.
