RTCM3EPH01 are same as the broadcasted ephemeris
IGSxx are orbit and clock corrections without the ephemeris, you can use them with "broadcast+SSR APC/CoM" option

Ok eltorio. Thanks for this commet as well. As I can understand the word "brodacsat", inside the Satellite/ephemeries, is related to the infos coming from the receivers, both Rover (Input Stream 1) and/or Base station (Input Stream 2), if none of them can issue ephemeries I can recover those infos by Input Stream 3. Correct?

Correct you can provide the ephemeris on each stream on PPP I use 1 for receiver, 2 for ephemeris, 3 for SSR.
"Broadcast" means more something "broadcasted from the satellites" even by the air (normal reception) or by ntrip caster (RTCM3EPH01) ,
Some receiver does not output the ephemeris that's why RTCM3EPH... may be useful.
IGSxx gives you some correction of the satellite orbits (position/speed) and satellite clocks error.
By using "Broadcast+SSR APC/CoM" you will construct some better ephemeris by combining the broadcated ephemeris with the correction.
APC or CoM depends on the correctrion stream (phase center vs center of mass)
