参考文档和视频，点你截屏的右下角录制按钮切换到顶部半透明控制条，点中间录制按钮开启录制，然后就正常操作，操作完点半透明悬浮球完成录制

应该是手机没给 APP 悬浮窗权限导致(申请的权限尽量都给)，长按桌面 App 图标，进入应用信息设置 > 权限设置 > 显示悬浮窗 > 勾选授权 > 关闭及重启 APP
