SensorSimulator settings now fully releases timer if no sensor is enabled.

OpenGL still has to be fixed.

For OpenGLSensors, I tried to introduce a Lock.lock() and a Thread.sleep(), but
neither of them frees the CPU.

I have asked a corresponding question here:
http://groups.google.com/group/android-
developers/browse_frm/thread/8f736492d4ba8e04

In principle, the problem is solved. The problem is with Android now. This
should be
checked again later.

Needs time and depends on the SDK. This can not be solved now, but should be
looked
at later again in detail.

A related problem for OpenGLSensors may have been reported here:
http://blog.dalethatcher.com/2008/04/howto-get-wii-mote-data-into-android.html

"5. For some reason I usually find at this point you'll need to come out of the
OpenGL Sensors app and go back in. However once I've done this selecting
'connect' in
the menu works."

Fixed in revision 996 (but so far only in single apk trunk) - still need to
merge
modifications into main trunk!

This is connected to error message when the Android orientation sensor is
enabled.
