Initial implementation for this applies the same technique used by Damien Guard for Envy Code R: Replace use of Bold fonts on any classifier for Italics instead.
Will be controlled by an option in Tools -> Options -> Viasfora, and then just mark any classification you want to render using italics using a bold font.
For some further version I'd like to do a more comprehensive fonts and colors editor, but it's a lot more complex than I hoped for.
