Very good idea, but I am afraid that it is a bit out of scope of this project. 😞

I am planning another project – harvester – based on click as a CLI interface and pycaching as a backend. The goal of this project will be to create a CLI frontend for all pycaching features.

So for now, I will accept your pull request into pycaching, but please be prepared that I am planning to move the whole _load_credentials functionality into the new project (when the time comes). If you don't like it (which is perfectly fine and I will respect it), please just write a comment and close your PR. Otherwise, I will be happy to see more contributions from you either here or on the new harvester project. 😉

Thanks for approving this feature 😃
I never heard of click before and I'm curious to see what you have in mind with harvester.
