connection reset problem about eet-client HOT 6 CLOSED

problem is solved. this exception arise because of ip filtering. i use vpn to solve this problem.

This exception has probably nothing to do with the implementation itself. It's rather caused by unreachable EET server. I have seen the same errors before, trying to communicate with their servers from Travis-CI: https://travis-ci.org/todvora/eet-client/builds/143355889#L1444

I think that they are blocking some of IP ranges. It's pretty common for czech government services (see also this tweet, if you can read czech).

If that's your case too, there are two possibilities:

• Reroute the connection through some VPN, which is not blocked.
• Change your IP address (i.e. by moving your VPS to another region).
• Ask them, to explain, why their servers are unreachable (contact form).

Also, please let me know, how you handled this problem. It will be a valuable information for others hitting the same situation.

Thanks for sharing your findings. Could you also tell, which IP range or provider is blocked? It would be also good to let them know that their blocking is causing you problems + additional costs and let them explain why is blocking enabled in the first place.

It filter country based ip address. Out the czeh republic country request
it wouldn't allow. Earlier i tried from India.

I am sending requests from Austria and it works without problems. Anyway in the time of cloud computing, VPS and mobile connections, no such filter should be applied. I try to get an official statement on this too.
