Todd A. Jacobs

Todd is the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) at CodeGnome Consulting, a firm that leads the IT audit remediation sector. He provides strategic leadership for the company's internal initiatives and external client engagements focused on cybersecurity, DevSecOps, IT audit remediation, agile adoption, and fractional CISO services.

Todd is also a founding member of the Theia Institute, a think tank focused on cybersecurity and modern business transformation in the age of AI. In addition, he teaches AI integration and programming at the Forest Academy.

Todd is intensely passionate about technology and process. He's published several books about Scrum and agile leadership, and his technical articles have been featured in SysAdmin Magazine and Linux Journal. He's also a top contributor on Stack Overflow and a community moderator on Project Management Stack Exchange.
