Fix Document getRevisions for 0.9 Compatibility about couchdb4j HOT 2 CLOSED

Ok, right, I "fixed" it, but I'm not entirely sure I did the right thing. What I did was get the _revisions JSONObject, then get the start attribute and the ids array. I then iterate through the ids array and prepend "{start}-" to the front of the id. Really, who knows if this is the right thing to do.
