Circle Spinner not animating in Windows Webkit browsers about spinkit HOT 6 CLOSED

@FritzTheBlitz This works for me on Windows and Mac. Are you using the very latest version? (Just updated a few mins ago.) Is this in your own project, or is https://github.com/tobiasahlin/SpinKit/blob/master/8-circle.html from master broken?

I've already tried to move non-prefixed rules as fallback to the last. - No result.

@FritzTheBlitz Sorry for dropping the ball on this. Just updated the keyframes for this animation, there was a bug in there, and they may have used @keyframes instead of -webkit-keyframes. Would you mind checking again? ❤️
