ignore me, obviously this one doesnt apply to Joomla 3, as its specific for joomla 4 code.

Yeah it was confusing to me too. I had implemented it at first. Then removed it before i committed it. Looking at the code it wasn't very obvious as the class name is basically the same. But when you dig deeper you see some differences in one of the puny methods.
