I am afraid I cannot look into that issue at the moment, but for starters it seems like the __declspec's are wrong when building umundo. We discourage building shared libraries on windows due to the various PATH issues, but if you really want to, have a look at https://github.com/tklab-tud/umundo/blob/master/core/src/umundo/common/Common.h#L74 and make sure the relevant preprocessor symbols are defined.

If you link statically, you have to add the preprocessor directive UMUNDO_STATIC, otherwise we define UMUNDO_API as __declspec(dllimport) in Common.h. Linking dynamically ought to be fine as long as you are aware of the ABI issues wth C++ APIs.
