Again timeouts between disraptor and tira-backend about tira HOT 3 CLOSED

There is no gateway-timeout in front of the java backend (this communication is k8s-internal now).

I.e. in the discourse-prod pod, I can run the following (which returns successfully in 55 seconds):

time curl tira-bg-web-client:8080/task/universal-dependency-learning/dataset/conll17-ud-test-2017-05-09/

@BastianGrahm is it possible that a discourse configuration is back to a default value, so that the timeout comes from discourse itself?

Or maybe (for some reason), the timout in the salt-state is not used anymore?
