I cannot find any information about BDSA-2023-1804, but I believe you are talking about this, which was an issue in spring-boot-admin and fixed there: GHSA-7gj7-224w-vpr3.
Additionally, Thymeleaf 3.1.2 includes modifications that would forbid this anyway, even though this was Spring Boot Admin specific, and required the attacker to locally copy a malicious template file somewhere where Spring Boot Admin could see it as a resource, and then instruct it remotely to actually execute that template.

The Black Duck Security Advisory (BDSA) team mapped BDSA-2023-1804 to this component version, but it was not included in the National Vulnerability Database (NVD)'s associated record.
This bug is related to thymeleaf-layout-dialect 3.3.3.0
from thymeleaf.

This bug is related to thymeleaf-layout-dialect 3.3.3.0
Please note that the Thymeleaf Layout Dialect is not a part of the Thymeleaf Project but a third-party extension instead.
