I think this is caused by the Go rules now being a plugin that must explicitly be added/imported, as seeing DEBUG: name 'go_get' is not defined: for example.

Can confirm that "go to" functionality doesn't work for plugins with the language server in its current state. For example, "go to definition" for go_library does not work.

#2568 crashes the language server for any glob that outputs no files that doesn't specify allow_empty = True
